Returns & Refund

We really hope you love your purchase, but if for some reason you do not, we’d be happy to provide you with a refund. Do keep in mind that handmade products will always carry some inconsistencies in print and colour due to the nature of the process and human involvement. Such variations are not considered faults or defects. 

Please note our returns process & refund policy below -  

  1. We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it - unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  3. Sale items are not refundable. 

  4. To start a return, please email us at indicating your order number and reason for return. We will review the return request and will send further instructions on how to send the item back.

  5. You will be responsible for the cost of returns except in the case of damaged goods.

  6. Once we have received the item, we will process the refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-5 working days for your bank to process the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
