  • Orders < £75 - £4.95 via Royal Mail
  • Orders > £75 - Free Delivery
  • If you'd prefer to collect your order from our central London location, please send us an email at hello@roohlondon.co.uk to set a time for collection. Your order will be ready within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Europe Delivery

  • 0-2kgs - £12.95 via Royal Mail International Tracked service 
  • 2-5kgs - £19.95 via FedEx 

Please note delivery via Royal Mail can take 7-14 days. For faster shipping, pick Express Shipping at checkout, and we can ship your order via FedEx for an extra charge. See checkout for charges. Delivery ETA for FedEx is 4-7 working days once the order has been dispatched. 

 

USA Delivery

  • 0-2kgs - £18.95 via Royal Mail International Tracked service 
  • 2-5kgs - £24.95 via FedEx

Duties & Customs

Please note, your completed order value contains the cost of product and shipping charges to your destination. The Customer is responsible for paying any custom duties and taxes incurred for international shipping. 

 

Shipping Large Items

Shipping rates might be higher for larger items like quilts. If you'd like to order a quilt, it is best to send us an email before placing your order so we can advise you on the shipping charges.
